Augmented reality for construction

See the model on site before it's built.

Stick a QR marker on a column, scan it with any phone, and your drawings lock into place at full scale. Swipe from foundations to finishes, tap any beam for its specs, and tick off what's built — for every job you run. No app to install.

How it works

1

Upload the drawings

Drop in IFC models from Revit, ArchiCAD or Tekla, and DXF plans from AutoCAD — from a laptop or straight from your phone. Every element is sorted into its construction stage and level automatically.

2

Scan on site

Point the phone at a QR marker on a column and shift left ↔ right until the circle completes. The model registers to the marker's surveyed position.

3

Swipe through the build

Swipe the stage wheel from foundations up to finishes. Show just the steel, or everything up to the steel. Pick the floor you're standing on.

Built for the whole site team

🏗

Stage wheel

Site, foundations, structure, slabs, walls, windows & doors, roof, MEP, finishes. One swipe, with an option to keep earlier stages ghosted in.

🏢

Multi-storey levels

Level tabs come straight from the IFC storeys, so a foreman on Level 3 only sees Level 3.

👆

Tap for details

Tap a beam to see its section, grade, span, material and every property from the model.

✅

Progress & issues

Foremen tick elements installed or report an issue with an AR photo. Colour the model by progress, export a CSV site diary.

Invite links by role

Engineer, foreman, client and visitor links — each opens the job on their phone with exactly the right access.

🧱

FormTrack built in

Link a job to its FormTrack jobsite and see the formwork on site right from the AR view.

Try it in two minutes

Print the demo marker on A4 at 100% scale, tape it to a wall at about chest height, then open the demo on your phone and aim at it. A 3-storey office block appears around you — swipe the stage wheel to build it up from the foundations.
